This comes together quickly and is perfect for those light summer lunches.
3 chicken breasts, grilled and cubed
1 cup of bacon crumbles
1 packet Ranch seasoning
1/4 cup no fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup light mayo
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Serve with toast, salad greens, or fresh fruit.
